Introduction

  1. Welcome to The Deepr Lab, an exclusive matchmaking experience offered by XO Matchmaking Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in The Deepr Circle & The Deepr Lab and set expectations for behaviour, payment, and engagement in line with Deepr’s vision of fostering meaningful, culturally aligned connections for Black professionals and creatives aged 25 and over.

Eligibility & Application

  1. Participation in The Deepr Lab is by invitation only. To be eligible, you must be a member of The Deepr Circle and 25 years or older.

  2. Selected participants are required to pay a non-refundable fee to confirm their place within the current batch.

  3. If not selected for the current batch, you may reapply for future opportunities.

Code of Conduct

  1. To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, participants must:

    • Show respect and consideration for other members.

    • Approach all interactions with integrity and authenticity.

    • Maintain the confidentiality of information shared within The Deepr Lab.

  2. Prohibited Behaviour​ - The following behaviours are not tolerated:

    • ​Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards other participants or Deepr staff.

    • Any actions that may damage Deepr’s reputation or create a negative experience for others.

  3. Deepr reserves the right to remove participants without refund if their behaviour conflicts with our community standards.

Matchmaking Process

  1. Our matchmakers will analyse your profile to find a compatible match within your batch. We take a thoughtful approach, prioritising genuine, culturally aligned connections. While we strive to create meaningful matches, compatibility cannot be guaranteed. 

  2. Deepr will organise your first date, handling all logistics to ensure a seamless experience. The responsibility for conduct during the date lies with the participants.

Payments & Refunds

The Deepr Lab fee is non-refundable, including cases of cancellation or removal due to conduct.

If an event is canceled by Deepr, a full refund will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Deepr is not liable for any outcomes resulting from connections made through The Deepr Lab, including interactions during and after the first date. Participants engage at their own discretion and risk.

Privacy & Data Use

  1. By participating in The Deepr Lab, you consent to Deepr processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for matchmaking purposes and to enhance your experience within The Deepr Circle.

Changes to Terms

  1.  Deepr may update these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email or community updates.
